An established 3 star bed & breakfast facility with great reviews in Derry, Northern Ireland has now created new spaces for motorhomes and campers in this beautiful part of the world.
Groarty House & farm has been in the Hyndman family for three generations, and current hosts John and Margaret Hyndman have gone out of their way to provide a comfortable, relaxing stay for their visitors. Indeed, many visitors return year after year, both for the very warm welcome and the fantastic Irish breakfasts! (If you have never had an Ulster fry up yet I suggest you try one ASAP!)
While the B&B is beautiful and offers plenty of comfort, as well as stunning scenery and convenient access to the city of Derry, the owners recognise that modern motorhomes can be a very luxurious way of travelling around – while some of the older ones have rustic charm all their own, some of the new motorhomes have better facilities than their owners homes – so why not pitch them in a setting they deserve?
The Hyndmans have created space for 5 motorhomes in the spacious gardens and yard of the 200 year old house and newly built manor. Each motorhome pitch has an electricity and water connection and access to hot showers and toilet facilities, as well as high speed fibre broadband. They also have beautiful spaces for campers.
Derry is a lovely city in a superb location in Northern Ireland, near to the Antrim coast and Causeway coast. It is a very picturesque, rural area but then there is the city of Derry where there are fine restaurants, bars and cafes, and plenty of entertainment available.
Guests can book both rooms, camping and motorhome pitches direct from the website, which is secure and very easy to navigate.
Fancy somewhere different to pitch next time you visit Northern Ireland? Head to Derry!
